The Mission Team



The eighteen member team arrived in New York City on 11/03/01 and remained there for approximately one week ministering to members of the New York Fire Department from Ground Zero to Harlem

and students at a primary and secondary level school in Harlem and to college students at the State University of New York (SUNY) at Stony Brook, Long Island.

The team consisted of LFC artists, guest performers Shauna Chanda and Loren Johnson, pastors Michael Walker, Jude DelHierro, Brad Richardson and their wives from Church in the City, LFC Board Members Erin McNamara and Linda Arnold, LFC teen columnist, Aaron Delay, LFC mission photographer, Gregg Gargan, Beth Nimmo, mother of slain Columbine student Rachel Scott, and LFC founder Michael Tamburello and his daughter, Nina.
